Four to six years Business Analyst experience including developing use case, process flow and functional requirements documentation. Experience gathering and gaining approval of formal functional requirements. Experience conducting gap analysis. Able to work on multiple concurrent projects Possess strong communications skills Strong facilitation skills, working with groups of 10 or more people. Ability to serve as an intermediary between technical developers and end users. Ability to work within ITE’s project management and SDLC processes. Experience developing test cases and scripts desirable Experience with Enterprise Architect desirable Possess superior soft skills including the ability to: work with clients, negotiate requirements between stakeholders, work on a team, to lead and facilitate meetings, and the ability to adapt to existing processes Ability to complete assignments timely and submit weekly status reports indicating progress on assigned tasks, performance against assigned project due dates, and identification and suggested resolution for issues having a potential to adversely impact performance and/or the project. Programming experience is desirable. Shall maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors and customers and present a positive team environment and customer focus.
