Job Title : SAP HCM

Duration – 3 month Contract to Hire

Location – Princeton, NJ

Rate / Salary – 50 per hour on c2c

Job Description:

Responsible for driving innovation through technology in a growing and flexible 
global SAP HCM environment. Must bring experience in various areas of talent 
management, compensation management, global HR business processes, as well as 
SAP HCM core modules. Must be able to lead projects, as well as function as 
team member under a project team lead. Must be able to review complex problems 
and present a summary of options, benefits and risks to be considered. Must be 
able to analyze business functions, identify process improvements and develop 
process documentation. Must be able to effectively interface with and support 
clients; including being able to interact with all levels of the organization 
and communicate new functionality to appropriate levels in the organization 
around the world. Must be able to operate comfortably in both technical and 
business process situations. Must demonstrate ability to solve complex issues 
quickly and creatively.

Experience:

  a.. Proven experience in technical, functional and business process 
development in a global SAP HCM environment 
  b.. Proven experience developing new solutions and reengineering current 
solutions to meet rapidly expanding business requirements in a growing and 
flexible environment 
  c.. 3 or more years experience working with global talent management, 
compensation management and/or recruiting in all areas of technical, functional 
and process development 
  d.. 3 or more years experience with SAP HCM core modules including PA, PD, 
OM, ESS, MSS and associated workflow 
  e.. Strong knowledge of the integration points between HR, Time, Payroll and 
Finance. 
  f.. Experience with 2 or more HCM implementations required, including 1 full 
life-cycle implementation; global implementation preferred. 
  g.. Experience with leading small to medium HCM projects. 
  h.. Experience with master data governance processes desirable 
  i.. Knowledge of SAP HCM’s Personnel Development, Benefits, Compensation 
Management or 
  j.. Experience with Nakisa desirable 
  k.. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to communicate with 
non-technical clients, IT professionals, and management. 
  l.. Demonstrated project management skills. 
  m.. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  n.. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  o.. Ability to escalate issues in a timely fashion. 
  p.. Strong customer focus. 
  q.. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. 
Education:

  a.. BS Degree, preferably in a technical discipline or the relevant 
functional discipline (Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics, Finance) 
and/or equivalent years of business experience. 
  b.. Post-graduate degree in a technical discipline desirable.
