Local Candidates Preffered Responsibilities and Requirements: - Strong experience in enterprise, multi-threaded, distributed architecture and infrastructure deployment using the J2EE technology. - Lead a development team using Agile and SCRUM methodologies. - Familiar with AJAX, HTML, JavaScript and Active X development. - J2EE, Web Services, SQL, Hibernate, Linux/Unix experience is needed. - Familiarity with .Net 3.5 and 4.0 Framework, C#, C++ and ASP.NET. - Experience in managing offshore development is a plus. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail, ability to document technical architectures used by developers to construct code. - Excellent communication skills and client relationship management; worked in client facing projects and managed client communication. - Provide technical leadership for projects. - Strong knowledge of software testing (unit, component, regression, functional, system integration and user acceptance testing). -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
