Job Title:Prod Support / Data Analyst Location: Pleasanton,CA Duration: 6+ months Contract. Profile: Resource will be in the command center triaging issues across the platform including java, sql, unix. Will interact with the development staff to coordinate fixes, but will not be the resource to develop fixes. As part of the troubleshooting process, they may deal with technical client resources on the client side, but would have the support of a PM on the call. Needs to be able to drive issues to closure.
