Need EAD, GC and Citizens Description: * The *Clinical Business Systems Analyst* will work as a member of the integrations team supporting the clinical applications. The BSA will act as a liaison between the clinicals business unit and the technical team; he/she will perform business requirements analysis, create functional specifications and test plans, and provide support throughout the project development lifecycle. The ability to clearly define clinical, integrations functional requirements and coordinate with the technical team where development is needed is crucial. * Qualifications:* *7+ years of solid business systems analyst experience in all phases of the SDLC from problem definition through implementation. **Healthcare/clinicals* experience preferred. *Experience performing business systems analysis for large, complex system implementations. *Ability to lead/facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from the business team. *Ability to create business and functional specifications according to business needs. *Responsible for providing project estimates to project manager. *Experience providing business process guidance to the development team and to work with the development team to derive efficient and effective solutions. *Ability to create system test plans and cases. *Experience tracking and resolving issues in a timely manner. *Skills: * *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. *Knowledge and experience with Project Management Life Cycle concepts. *Effective facilitator, interviewer, listener, organizer, writer. * Thanks & Regards....
