*Work Experience: *Experience in Helpdesk/ Technical Support  with Customer
Service background

*Technical Skills: *Basic concepts of Computers & Networking, Working
knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook

*Other Essential Skills : *Customer Service Skills , Good communication
skills – Written & Verbal, Good analytical skills and Presence of Mind

*Competency : *Ability to work well with others, particularly senior level
IT and business managers

·         Ability to establish affective working relationships

·         Demonstrate ability to be assertive when necessary

·         Remains calm and focus in stressful situations

·         Be at ease with communicating both internally and externally at
all levels

*Responsibilities*

·         Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM
(including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed
assigned times)

·         Responsible for answering  inbound calls and make outbound calls

·         Responsible for data entries

·         Each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in
ticket logging tool

·         Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports

·         Follow-up on tickets created by the agents
