*Skill required:*



Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining OSPF is required.

2+ years experience installing, configuring, and managing all aspects of a
Cisco IP telephony environment, including server OS and Call Manager
application installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to transfer
information to and train others.

Competence with Visio and with creating and maintaining high-quality
logical and physical network diagrams.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of computer hardware, server/desktop networking
technologies, and Microsoft operating systems.

Availability to respond to and resolve network problems after business
hours.

Ability to work independently as well as a part of a larger team.



*Desired Skills:*



BGP experience is desired.

Experience with change management processes, e.g., within ITIL framework,
and/or within a regulated environment is desired.

Experience conducting security vulnerability analysis is desired

Consulting experience with a Cisco partner is desired.

Familiarity with NAC, port-based 802.1X authentication, and Cisco Access
Control Server is desired.

Familiarity with compliance methodologies (including 21CFR11) is desired.
