If a candidate wants to focus on pure native development of mobile applications, they would not be a good fit for us. We are developing for iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and tablet applications using PhoneGap as an abstraction layer. It is good for the candidate to have some Java and/or webservice background since some of the work will be Java coding. Spring is a nice to have but we don’t need Spring MVC skills. Additionally, experience with Sencha Touch is preferred.
