In general be VERY comfortable participating in the analysis work direct with development team and USERS. · Solid technical background with strong experience in Java development technologies: J2EE, XML, HTML/DHTML/CSS, Java Script, Java Frameworks, JSP, AJAX. · Strong experience in development with EJB 2.0, JDBC, JMS and MVC patterns. · Strong Oracle 10g DB knowledge and PL/SQL background, and ability to write complex SQL queries. · Display problem solving and analytical skills to resolve complex technical problems. · Possess an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies. · Capable of understanding existing code and making fixes with minimal impact. · Knowledge of Weblogic 9.1 Application Server a plus. · Proficient in development using Eclipse and TOAD based IDEs. · Crystal Reports development experience a plus. · Experience following Software Development Lifecycle methodologies. · Experience with object oriented analysis, design and programming, data models and UML. · Experience with designing and building medium-to-large multi-tier web applications. · Strong communication skills. · Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
