Location : Reading, PA - ( Remote access with some visits to site is also possible) Duration : 4 - 8 months - Phase 1 - 2 Rate : Open - Depending on Experience ** *Statement of Work – Compliant User Provisioning (CUP)* *Project / Description:* * * Client is a Electrical Utility company - will *implement Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Compliant User Provisioning (CUP) software* to automate several access requests processes, including approvals and role assignments. This project does not include integrating CUP with Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR) at this time. A consultant’s additional GRC expertise is needed to assist with initial scoping and planning of this project. The same or a subsequent consultant will be requested for technical expertise to assist with the implementation of CUP. *Scope of Work* * * Our expectation is for a consultant to initially facilitate the scoping and planning of the CUP implementation. This could be done remotely. We expect this would take less than 40 hours and be completed in September, 2012. Following is scope after planning. *Phase 1 Scope of Work for Consultant :* - Provide guidance and assist with all aspects of the scoping and planning of a project at FirstEnergy to implement GRC's CUP - Assist in determining which SAP boxes are in scope. Note: three prod systems utilize HR positional security (PO13). The remaining SAP systems assign security directly to the user master record (SU01). - Assist with planning decisions regarding restructuring of security roles, use of PROFL0, initial creation of user master records, and automatic population of requestor’s FERC classification on access requests - Define a timeline / estimate of hours to implement software based on SAP systems in scope - Lead effort to create a detailed workplan For the actual implementation of CUP, our expectation is for a consultant to provide technical expertise onsite in *Akron, Ohio , Reading, PA or a combination of onsite / virtual* beginning in September, 2012. Total hours are expected to be 640. In addition, we may need expertise post go-live during the shakedown period if major issues arise. *Extended Scope of work for Consultant in Phase 2 :* - Guide and assist in the technical design, configuration, installation, and testing of CUP - Create presentations and facilitate technical and functional workshops - Transfer knowledge to FE IT security staff - Assist with the development and documentation of a CUP support model - Assist with the development of training documentation *Qualifications:* The primary skills needed are: * **For Consultant :* - 5 years of GRC CUP experience - Project lead for a minimum of two implementations of CUP - Technical expertise in the design and installation of CUP - A good understanding of positional security and the HR org module and how it interacts with CUP - Experience with SAP’s PROLF0 job and the ALE process - Previous utility experience and knowledge of FERC regulations helpful - Analytical skills to effectively resolve technical problems, identify and implement process improvements, and think creatively. - Must be skilled in both oral and written communication - Highly motivated; experience in working independently if needed with a high level of productivity - Proven team player, contributes to team goals, encourages and supports team members. - Ability to effectively prioritize and plan activities, work on multiple concurrent tasks, and meet deadlines.
