o Hardware installation and basic configuration
o Custom Cabling and Connections
o Routine Systems Programming and Installation
o Routine Systems Configuration and Troubleshooting
o User and Basic Training and Support
Additional support requirements may include:
NETWORK ENGINEERING SUPPORT
o Network Consulting/Planning
o Strategic Network Architecture Development
o Proactive Network Analysis
o Network IP Telephony Readiness Analysis
o Network Security Analysis
o Engineering Design services for Voice, Video, Wireless, Data and
Converged networks, which include:
- Systems Solution Design
- Engineering Specifications and Requirements Definition (including
architectural CAD, power analysis and recommendation, cabling
infrastructure, logical/physical network design voice/data
/converged, etc.)
o Scope of Work Definition
o Training Requirements Definition
o Systems Installation services for Voice, Data and Converged networks,
which include:
- Advanced Systems Programming and Installation
