*Project Description* -- Client has acquired Jabber and is implementing
Jabber in various groups. This project is Jabber implementation and
integration in Collaboration and Communications IT (CCIT).

1. Role is primarily to own and be responsible for all Project
management aspects of current project.
a. Assessing User Needs
b. Project Planning & Execution
c. Estimation
d. Quality Management
2. Managing project plan for multiple sub projects
3. Prepare deliverable for each Project Commit gate
4. Work with cross functional teams to identify project milestones
5. Work with cross functional teams to identify risks and mitigate them
6. Maintain weekly status updates
7. IT analysis in different tracks.
