*MUST Have managed a team of 50+ in past/current project. *

*MUST join on or before March 18. *

*Must have managed big scale custom development experience. *

*MUST Have extensive dual shore experience, especially working with a team
in India. *

Should have Experience in managing ERP project(s). Project job
responsibility include, managing the project, milestones, resources,
customer handling, ensuring the smooth execution, organizing and conducting
daily/weekly  status reviews and scheduling monthly steering committee
reviews. Managing Internal Project team/customer IT team and Business.
Candidate should be comfortable working with individuals at all
organizational levels. Candidate should have strong project management
experience. Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication
skills Strong experiences working with dual shore model. Control project
scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration
with senior management and stakeholders.Augument/Manage full-scale project
plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate
project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear
fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Manage the
resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Where required,
negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required
personnel for completing the project tasks. Determine and assess need for
additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments
if necessary during project cycle.
