Job Title : QA Lead Location : Lexington, KY Duration : 6+Months *Must have : Xactly SAAS* The candidate must have a solid understanding of and extensive experience working within a Waterfall and Agile model. This candidate must be able to communicate and collect requirements from a variety of individuals across multiple locations. A mastery of both basic and complex QA practices is required. The candidate must be able to address complex enterprise applications and develop the necessary testing material to ensure all aspects of the application are working accordingly. This includes interfacing with other teams across system integrations to ensure data flows are accurate. The qualified candidate will possess the following attributes: Must be highly motivated individual that demonstrates responsibility and hard work. Must possess a passion for Quality Assurance specifically in the IT software/hardware environment. Must have superior communication skills both written and oral. Must be able to work diligently on assignments with minimal supervision. Must be able to demonstrate they are trustworthy individuals Must have a demonstrated pattern of excellence. Must have an understanding of complex IT systems including integrations between those systems. Prefer experience with Quality Center v9.2 or later Must have at least Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, Masters degree preferred. Willingness to be located in the Central Kentucky region Experience with ECM applications, SAP, and OCR type software is a bonus. This position will report to the Project Manager under the guidance of the IT QA organization.
