Technical Lead of Environment management team with responsibilities including ensuring consistent technical process and approach is utilized for all projects and within the technical standards. . Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating with teams across geographies and time zones to deliver infrastructure, build environment and deploy applications as per scope, cost effectively, on schedule, preventing challenges and mitigating risks and with quality . Train and mentor resources on areas of technical knowledge transfer and base level of technical knowledge for the CBG program. . Defining, Installing and Configure infrastructure as per designed architecture for the CBG applications. . Integrate CBG to both new and existing external vendors/service providers and other systems; identify and implement solutions in case of challenges during integration. . Performance tuning of infrastructure, specifically middleware, to meet the requirements of CBG applications based on set performance benchmarks and recommendations from performance engineering team. Analyze clients request for new or modified applications through discussions and design sessions. . Coordinate redesign of existing BEAST framework from middleware and infrastructure perspective for new requirements and architectural changes expected for new releases. . Work closely with project teams during initial feasibility study to assess technology requirement of new CBG applications. . Work on Proof of Concept for new technologies, tools and applications for CBG.
