This candidate needs to be a mid-level engineer who has been working and focusing on Remedy for the past 3 years of their career, specifically Remedy 7.6.04. On a day to day basis, this candidate will be responsible for all internal issues relating to Remedy for internal customers, enhancement requirements (tickets and incidents), development, testing and rollouts. Also, this candidate will be assigned all tickets dealing with the BAU enhancements, holding meetings for requirement projects and closing all Remedy related tickets. A typical day consists of 1-3 tickets specifically dealing with support cases and all development issues. This position is first shift with an on-call rotation (1 week a month).
