Providing consultancy / solutions related to 'Loyalty / Rewards' space of the Card Industry a. Consult with the client in evaluating the roadmap for a new 'Rewards' platform b. Assist the client team in formulating the scope and requirements of the 'Rewards' transformation program. c. Identify the risks involved in the project and mitigation of risks. d. Bring in Industry knowledge / expertise to help the client make the right choices in terms of long term plan for 'Rewards' processing. 2. Work with the client's Business Team as well as the IT team to frame and scope requirements for an integrated 'Rewards' platform 3. Work with the Client team to create solutions that meets the requirements of the new 'Rewards' platform. 4. Work with the Capgemini Technical team to build the solutions for the new 'Rewards' platform. Must Haves 1. Experience on consulting clients (business side) on the 'Rewards / Loyalty' space is required. 2. Experience on coordinating a requirement scoping discussion with Client Business and IT team would be good.
