Duties include but are not limited to the following: Perform analysis and facilitate design sessions for enhancement of ECLRS and CDESS; Gather business rules for the program specific modules to be added to CDESS and ECLRS; Develop project plans, project prospectus, and meeting minutes; Develop HTML mockups, use cases, system testing plans and perform testing; Provide documentation of user help and instructions and train users as requested; Assist laboratory, hospital and LHD staffs with the use of LOINC and SNOMED coding schemes for reporting practices. Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply: Experience facilitating user requirement gathering sessions and documenting. Experience in the development of web page mock up screens Experience in developing process flows Experience providing assistance to system users by identifying, analyzing and resolving the more complex problems reported by system users.
