2 Contract Positions - Location: Elmhurst & Mettawa, IL (need to be flexible to go to both locations when necessary) Project: Forest Program - Business Transformation and conversion of large consumer lending portfolio and disposal of portfolio that are loan based These are 5+ year experience Business BA's with strong financial services experience, they will be working with high level senior leadership from the Treasury department (previous experience in this specific area is a huge plus) Outside of normal BA functions - liase with business and technical teams, developing test plans, use cases, etc...the key aspect of this position will be the interaction with the Treasury leadership team, Treasury knowledge, and developing reports for the Forest Program using Excel. Should have advanced report development skills within Excel such as Macros, vLookups, Pivot tables Need to be able to interface well with others, act quickly on their feet with high level people Will report to both a Sr. person in the Treasury group and a Program Manager Prefer local candidates - wants to do ONSITE interviews if possible (will do phone if necessary) Hours: Candidates will need to FLEX working hours depending on where their business client is located. For instance if their client is located in the east coast they must be in the office earlier, if located on the west coast will need to be in the office later than 5pm. This is a requirement and candidates that cannot work within these guidelines will not be considered for these positions...flexibility is key as project/business team locations will not be able to be pre determined.
