Job Title: Microsoft Business Intelligence Developer Location: Bloomfield Hills,MI Duration: 6 Months contract We are looking to expand our talented business intelligence and data warehouse team. We engage on technically challenging projects that compel us to continually evolve our skills, both individually and collectively. We are looking for highly motivated team members with extensive experience in all aspects of data warehouse and business intelligence solutions development. This person will be responsible for building out and supporting end to end enterprise reporting solutions. Job Summary Description: Develops, implements, and supports the full suite of Decision Support reporting solutions including reports, frameworks, and data marts. Primary focus will be on report development. Performs maintenance and support on existing data marts and ETL processes. Primary Responsibilities include: Designs, builds, and tests reports, frameworks, and data marts to support the company’s enterprise reporting initiatives Works with business stakeholders and business analysts to gather and document requirements for enterprise reporting solutions Translates functional requirements to technical requirements in alignment with enterprise reporting solutions Communicates and practices coding standards to consistently deliver high quality products on schedule Must be able to demonstrate technical and thought leadership when working alone or with other members of the organization Participate in agile/scrum team review sessions (e.g., Iteration Kickoff/Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Release Readiness, etc.) Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Strong analytical problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and follow up Ability to provide systems level support enterprise reporting solutions Ability to diagnose business and technical issues that prevent end users from utilizing existing reporting solutions Ability to gain creditability with team members and business customers Must be able to demonstrate technical and thought leadership when working alone or with other members of the organization Requirements: Minimum of five years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) ETL tools Minimum of five years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Minimum of five years of experience in data modeling, data warehouse, and ETL architecture Minimum of five years of SQL Server development experience with SQL, functions, stored procedures, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Minimum of five years of experience with business intelligence and report design Experience with Microsoft Excel Add-In reporting tools strongly desired ====================================================== Kind Regards, Venu Babu | Technical Recruiter Panzer Solutions LLC. 45 Stuart Ave, K Unit.
