It’s an immediate requirement please sent me the suitable resumes ASAP. *Job Title:Business Analyst with Sharepoint Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Duration:12 month contract No H1B* Job Description The primary responsibilities of this position will be to support and drive the following: Partner with the business to translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for system implementation and configuration. Emphasis on “As-Is” mapping, “To-Be” envisioning; identifying and articulating business processes. Communicate and manage the client area expectations in the delivery of services Develop and maintain requirements and design artifacts Develop and maintain system testing and validation strategy Provide service support to manage and track application software changes Drive user adoption through continuous improvement, communication and education efforts The successful candidate will establish and maintain a positive business relationship with users and other stakeholders of the service. He or she will participate in and/or facilitate cross-functional team meetings to discuss and drive business adoption and use of the services and present key findings to Information Systems and business management. As part of ongoing service delivery and service enhancement projects, he or she will: Develop, edit, update and manage SharePoint site content and educational materials Coordinate OQ testing with the Test CoE for enhancements and upgrades; plan and conduct ad hoc testing ct as Change Owner for Collaboration and Portal service enhancements per SOP. Understand business requirements and current process and help find ways to improve and provide value using OOTB SharePoint functionality. Balance finding solutions with maintaining client’s ability to understand and support going forward. Preferred Qualifications Excellent analysis, documentation and writing skills are crucial. The ability to develop, document, manage and communicate processes and follow accepted Amgen IS policies and standards is mandatory. The Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate proactively with others. Candidates should possess a strong ability to learn new technologies, and be able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Experience with software development processes including functional testing and technical documentation as well as experience supporting an enterprise-class system is highly desired.
