Person needs to be able to partner with teams that are busy on other projects to produce what is needed on this project.* *Person will need to quickly learn and use client's waterfall SDLC processes and forms including test metric tracking, defect tracking, etc.* *Manage / coordinate test deliverables between PMs, all client's application areas, several vendors and off-shore QA teams. Track and report progress of the testing to stakeholders.* *Will need to coordinate and validate accuracy of multiple defect logs across organizations involved in project Plan and manage risks, issues, escalate decisions and unresolved issues.* *Person will need to closely track tasks and escalate to the project manager and management if anything is not in green status.
