Non Locals may not be considered* * * *1)Business Intelligence Architect* * * * 6 months + contract (With a possibility of going Full Time)* * * *Location: Braintree, MA* * * *We WOULD PREFER US CITIZENS/GC'S AND WILL CONSIDER H1'S AS A BACKUP PLAN. 8-10 yrs exp.*** This position will be responsible for providing high proficiency in technology scoping, development, risk mitigation (both from a technology and business perspective). • Assist in the development of product strategy and road map for the client's business intelligence solutions integrating a number of COTS systems: Oracle BI Applications (HR, Order Management & Supply Chain, Procure & Spend, Financial and Service Analytics modules); Oracle PLM Analytics (all modules), Hyperion Planning and Hyperion DRM. Also responsible for the continued refinement and adoption of such strategy in the actual solution delivery process. • Work closely with Enterprise Architect to provide expertise in data architecture, which may include elements such as metadata management, business semantics, data modeling and metadata workflow management data schemas. • Contribute to design and implementation of end-to-end data warehouse and reporting solutions while maintaining an optimal balance for custom build, custom extension and pre-built features of the COTS systems. • Guide the business intelligence team with best practices for BI and enforce the standards. • Work with the infrastructure, production operations and DBA team to design and provide highly scalable, performing and highly available business intelligence platform • Support Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers throughout full project lifecycle Deep background in RDBMS design and/or architecture. • Maintain the data model and migration processes during development • Participate in and support the design and development phases of projects • Analyze and interpret customer's requirements • Flag risks and provide feedback to project managers and team leads *Education and Experience Requirements* • 10+ years of experience in designing and building business intelligence platforms • 10+ years of experience architecting large scale data warehouses using Oracle • Expert data modeling skills (conceptual, logical and physical model design) • Deep product knowledge in Oracle Fusion Analytics (BI Apps), Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Product Lifecycle Analytics, preferably with full implementation and on-going support experience • Experience in designing, building and maintaining BI infrastructure to support business analysis • Analyze current data structures and suggest improvements and optimizations to eliminate inefficiencies • Ability to drive architecture of new BI dashboards and reporting requests • Experienced in managing version/change control and testing strategies and processes • Substantial experience in SQL and or PL/SQL • Strong Object / Relational mapping experience and ETL principles/knowledge • Experience in Database Administration with Oracle or SQL Server • Experience with Informatica, ODI or similar ETL tools • Experience with ERP systems like Oracle EBS or SAP • Experience with Business Intelligence tools like OBIEE, Hyperion BRIO, Essbase • Strong communications skills both written and verbal • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working in a global, team oriented, collaborative environment Chris Accounts Manager PEARLSOFT SOLUTIONS INC Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Ph: (501) 859-0448 Fax:(501) 325-4024 E-Mail: ch...@pearlsoftsolutions.com NOTE: IN CASE I AM NOT AVAILABLE Please Contact DILIP: 501-859-0440 // ku...@pearlsoftsolutions.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
