Job Title: IT Business Systems Analyst -- Oracle Financial Systems
Location: Chicago, IL

*Job Summary*
The person in this role will also be responsible for gathering
requirements and understanding integration points between Finance and
other business areas to ensure successful execution of projects and
initiatives across different functions within the company. In addition,
they will identify areas of operational improvement by utilizing system
functionality and by providing end user training programs, report
design, and system testing. They will provide support and maintenance
including: end-user support, service incidents/problem resolution, and
system support processes which include daily job monitoring,
coordination with other IT teams and communication with impacted users.
They will also be responsible for simplifying and standardizing business
processes and IT department solutions. This position interfaces with
multiple departments and locations. This position requires building
strong relationships with internal business customers, technology team
and consultants.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
. Implementation and testing of eBusiness Suite Financial modules and
Hyperion. This includes configuration, documentation and
troubleshooting as needed.
. Assist in troubleshooting and solving related issues.
. Develop end user training programs for the Modules.
. Plans and executes unit, string testing, integration, cutover and
acceptance testing to support system initiatives
. Provide solutions in EBS for Finance Team Members by helping with
business process analysis and design, work with development team to
execute design.
. Other duties as required, including travel.
*Basic Qualifications*
. BS or equivalent in Information Systems or Accounting/Finance.
. Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite required.
. Experienced with Oracle EBS: General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects Costing,
Oracle Financial Analytics Fusion Edition, and Oracle Hyperion reporting.
. Strong written and communication skills required.
. Project Management skills are necessary.
. Ability to travel.
