Many resumes have been rejected because they do not reflect the strong data testing and strong SQL that they need. The rate is open - they just need to find the right person. They are doing a SalsForce.com project across the entire world.The part of the project they need help in getting to deployment is the Asian Pacific/ Latin America piece. The Functionality is all defined. They need to get the data from one source to another. The data format is well defined. This person will test the data movement before it moves to the cloud. They don't have firm process in place so they need this person to be a strong and mature test analyst who has great testing skills, can ask the right questions and do high level data testing with SQL. Must have very strong communication skills as they could be interfacing with customers who are in other countries.
