Siemens Invision (2 test coordinators/testers) Siemens RIS (2 test
coordinators) Sunrise Clinical Manager (1 test coordinator/tester)
Allscripts Emergency Department IS (1 test coordinator/tester) Cerner
Pathnet (1 application specialist, 1 test coordinator/tester) Cardio
Report Ware (1 application specialist) 3M Encoder (1 application
specialist) Siemens Eagle (1 test coordinator/tester)

Responsibilities:
Candidates do not need to have actual application experience. A
Strong tester in a Healthcare/Provider client is acceptable. DO NOT
recruit from North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System or anyone
who has worked there in the past 2 years. This information is to be

sent through the auction time. 1. Want LOCAL or Nearby candidates
which will keep expenses down! Role: Test Coordinators/Testers - Test
Coordinators/Testers can be more technical - Will consider strong
candidates with just Provider experience Need: Five (5) total: Two for
Siemens Invision, Two for Siemens RIS, and one for Allscripts Sunrise
Clinical Manager. o Minimum requirements: Health Provider domain
knowledge, previous testing experience o Preferred requirements:
Application expertise, ICD-10 related experience, understanding of
application technology, application implementation experience, test
coordination experience o Activities: Will work with the client team
and Deloitte Consulting onsite and offshore teams to coordinate test
preparation activities, support follow-ups with client resources and
also support creation of test cases Project Activities: Define Test
Scenarios Facilitate sessions with NSLIJ business and IT stakeholders
to define ICD-10 test scenarios by leveraging - NSLIJ’s existing test
scenarios - Deloitte Consulting’s ICD-10 starter set of scenarios -
NSLIJ risk criteria developed by the Dynamic Planning team -
Application and business process knowledge from NSLIJ Review Test
Scenarios Review test scenarios with NSLIJ business and IT owners to
confirm validity and inclusion of NSLIJ site specifics Develop Test
Cases Review application documentation and NSLIJ application
workflows Work with NSLIJ stakeholders to define step-by-step test
cases for the defined test scenarios Review Test Cases Review test
cases with NSLIJ business and IT owners to confirm validity and
inclusion of NSLIJ site specifics Develop Test Data Profiles Develop
test data profiles for each test case which will include specifics such
as patient profile, clinical condition, diagnoses and procedures, to be
created to facilitate test case execution Project Deliverables: ICD-10
Test Scenarios A test scenario is a story for occurrence of an event in
the health system covering one or many applications. ICD-10 Test
Cases A test case is a commonly used term for a documented set of
steps required to determine specific functionality. Test Cases include a
set of inputs, execution preconditions, and expected outcomes for a
particular objective, such as exercising a particular program path, or to
verify compliance with a specific requirement. ICD-10 Test Data
Profiles The requirements for test data needed to complete a specific
ICD-10 test case. Highly Preferred: - ICD-10 experience - 2+ year
application experience.
