Performs research, analysis, design, creation and implementation of business systems to meet current and future user requirements. 3. Module Lead for the team 4. Provides assistance and work direction to aid other associates in their day to day activities 5. Makes short term plans for the team to effectively utilize resources 6. Manages customer satisfaction process taking accountability for addressing concerns 7. Provides estimates of work effort for client projects 8. Functions as a technical resource for other team members 9. Trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriate 10. Is part of rotation for 24x7 on call Desired Candidate Profile Must-Have Websphere, J2EE, Struts 2, Spring, Webservices, EJB, MQ, WMB, JMS, XML, XSLT, Apache Axis, Ehcache, JPA, JBDC, JavaScript, Dojo, HTML, JSP, JSTL, AJAX, Oracle 11g, Oracle PL/SQL , Oracle Triggers Business Processes Technology Development, Operations and Integration Time Management Multi-tasking Ability Analytical Ability Communications (Listening, Persuasiveness, Oral, Written) Leadership (Impact, Involvement, Change Management) People (Team Orientation, Judgment, Interpersonal Relations, Results/Goal Orientation, Resiliency/Adaptability) Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Project.
