Provide technical expertise and help resolve automation tool usage related technical problems for our customers. 3. Assist as required in preparing training materials, preparing new releases of the supported automation tools, and supporting users of the ATG managed Automation Lab. 4. Actively contribute to the pool of test automation tool usage best practices knowledgebase. 5. Participate in continuous improvement of internal processes and external processes related to the use of automation technology in the Kaiser enterprise. Required skills: 1. Strong and current test automation solution development skills using Hewlett Packard QuickTest Professional (QTP) and\or Computer Associates LISA Workstation. 2. Strong software system design skills. 3. Strong VBScript development skills. 4. Working knowledge with the Java programming language. 5. Good understanding of object oriented software solution development. 6. Good understanding of formal software testing processes. 7. Good verbal and written communication skills. 8. Able to multi-task in multiple simultaneous projects. 9. Able to manage multiple and dynamic priorities. 10. Must be able to work independently. 11. Can use Microsoft Word and Excel. 12. Must be resourceful.
