Qualifications: 4+ years experience in supporting PostgreSQL databases. Install and configure PostgreSQL databases. Experience with database design, data model, and code development in Postgres and Oracle. Experience working with developer in reviewing and tuning code. Experience with PostgreSQL replications, backup/recovery. Experience with Linux and shell scripting. Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Committed to standardization process, and documentation. Experience as Oracle DBA with RAC and ASM in UNIX environment. Ability to work out-of-office hour, and supporting the on-call rotation (7x24 support). Experience in code migration, database change management through various stages of development life cycle. Highly motivated with a commitment to quality service. Ability to be a team player and to work independently Willingness to learn new technology.
