This includes developing detailed specifications, coding and testing the software prior to release. Responsibilities Include: • Lead a team of 3 – 4 technical resources in the development and production support of the application. • Review, analyze, and modify Progress programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support business software applications. • Supporting and developing ongoing solutions in highly customized, complex, integrated systems based on Astea’s Dispatch-1 product. • Rely on past experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Perform a variety of tasks. • Perform other duties as assigned.
