Telecom Domain needed. *Job Description:* - Candidate will participate in test planning and in testing activities on multiple devices for multiple projects. - Report test status to senior management as required. - Partner with development teams, to negotiate deliverables, hold to schedules. - Identify collaborative, multi-team solutions to difficult test issues. - Provide leadership on issues that are escalated from test team. - Negotiate with multiple test teams and Project/Product teams to create test schedule. - Analyze test effort for risks, track risks and report risks to upper management. - Manage multiple concurrent test or test methodology related projects. - Develop test plans and obtain approval from leadership or cross-functional teams. - Utilize and establish projects in defect tracking system (QC, Rally, Jira, etc.) - Track testing effort against test schedule. - Lead defect triage meetings for multiple projects. - Ensure test/project stays within approved budget and established timeline. - NPW must be able to manipulate hand-held device for 8+ hours per day. For e.g. Smartphone, iPhones, tablets, etc. - Some OT may be required. Shift work is often required. Some late night testing required about 5 times a year. For e.g. 8p to 12midnight (may vary.) *Skill:* - 2 to 3 years as test lead on multiple, concurrent pro Expert Required - 10+ years requirements review and test case writing Expert Required - 10+ years on all aspects of the defect lifecycle. Expert Required - 10+ years troubleshooting software issues.
