Role: Project Manager - Infrastructure Certifications: PMP Required Contract Term: 6-12 months Location: Scarborough or Barrie, Ontario, Canada The client is BMO (Bank of Montreal) and location is Canada (Toronto) Skills Required: . Exceptional Coordination and communication skills -both Written and Verbal . Infrastructure PM Knowledge/experience & understanding of infrastructure technologies required (Server Hardware/Software, Virtual and Cloud infrastructure concepts, Networks, Desktops etc.) . Good understanding of Project life cycle, methodologies, processes, and required artifacts . Ability to absorb BMO's org structure, internal processes and methodologies quickly . Financial Industry knowledge/experience an asset . SLDC knowledge/experience an asset . 5-10 years related PM experience . Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written . Team player with good interpersonal skills, ability to work in matrix organization . Experience and ability to work with and communicate with senior leadership teams across the enterprise . Able to manage and lead a project team . Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects concurrently . Able to manage and lead conflict resolution with emotional intelligence and maturity . Ability to work with and present to Steering Committees (past experience) - excellent presentation skills . Able to work evenings and weekend implementations . Must be fully knowledge in all PM related documentation (PMI) .
