Solid communication skills are a must have. * * *Job Description:* Client is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to play a pivotal role in a project to convert an application into the Japanese language. You will work closely with developers and end users onthe team to define product test requirements, as well as, validate these requirements within the development process. As a team member you will join a group of designer, developers and test engineers who are experts in the latest software development technologies, including .NET, Web Services and XML. *Responsibilities* Build test suite based on design specifications, requirements, wireframes in an agile environment based on sprint planning and short release cycles Develop a test strategy to test complicated system changes by working with development Notify development of all identified issues found as a result of testing Retest all remediated problems corrected by development *Technical Requirements:* · Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field; preferably hold active certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA · At least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Software Testing experience). · Strong knowledge creating test plans, test cases (user stories), defect reports, quality assurance summaries.
