The successful candidate will have: strong understanding of automated system testing concepts and techniques experience creating design specifications experience developing and executing unit test scripts advanced experience in application development in a C#.Net web environment demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes ability to produce understandable and complete end-user and other system documentation working Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel and Access ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and work effectively and cooperatively with functional users and technical staff in a team environment ability to work well with all levels of management ability to prepare and present formal oral presentations ability to function well in both an independent mode and in a project team setting bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience in systems development or certification in Microsoft MCSD and MCSE or MCSM.
