*Experience required:* 2-5+ years of experience with HCM Benefits (BN)and Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) Implementations/Production Support Detailed knowledge of Benefits module, as well as Payroll integration points Detailed knowledge of ECM module, including budget, market surveys, stock awards, bonus payments, and annual merit processes Experience configuring within the SAP IMG Significant ability to read, interpret, and write functional specs, design logic, and program algorithms Significant ability to extract data and develop ad-hoc reports using any number of tools available (MS Access, Excel, third party tool SpinifexIT) Familiarity with HCM Personnel Administration, Org Management Familiarity with SAP portal and portal processes for HR as it relates to Benefits Enrollment through ESS.
