*Here is the Job Description*: *Senior Java Developer Dallas, TX 12+ months Mode of Interview: Phone and F2F Required for selection* *Description*: *High-Level Job Description* The Senior Java Developer will lead a team responsible for developing, coding, testing and implementing highly complex enterprise workforce software solutions. They will serve in a team leadership capacity offering technical advice to Java developers, planning and developing solution approaches for implementing major, complex integrated system projects. They will lead the definition of system solutions and developing the specifications from which Java developers can prepare the required programs. They will provide direction to entire technical team and apply advanced skills and concepts to oversee all key phases of a software development cycle.
