Job title: SAP APO Demand Planning Consultant Location: Camden, NJ Duration: 6+ Months Position: Supply Planning SAP APO - 2 openings Level II (2-5 years of experience) Level III (8+ years of experience) Roles and Responsibilities: * Work directly with Process and Program Leads during position is responsible for the application design, deployment, and future enhancements of the Supply Planning processes within the SAP APO environment. * This role requires an understanding of the cross functional integration of SAP SCM (DP, SNP, PPDS, and SNC) and Inventory/Network optimization tools. * This person is expected to possess and demonstrate a deep understanding of Supply Planning processes within SAP, all project phases and effectively communicate technical solution options to influence customer on proposed design * Responsible for mapping and analyzing complex, business processes for projects and assess impact of changes to configuration within SAP SCM and across other functional areas * Configure/develop/recommend technical solutions that adhere to best practice and SAP standards in delivering business process in SAP APO landscape * Translate high level business requirements into functional and report specifications for projects and future quarterly releases * Define and execute test plans for unit, integration, and regression testing to facilitate user acceptance sign off * Produce deliverables related to assigned projects or enhancements and assist in training * Solution delivery to support corporate initiatives. * Leverage industry best practices in process improvement where applicable. * Some travel to CT location to work with business partners. Primary Qualifications: * SAP APO Demand Planning Expertise required. * Significant experience with APO DP Designing solutions for CPG Companies related to forecasting. * Understanding of Technical Architecture and hands on configuration experience thru multiple new solution implementations start to finish. * Experience designing multiple new solutions/implementations start to finish.
