This role work closely with Project Leads, Project Managers, Business Analyst and other IT groups; Provide technical leadership on development activities around UI integration with backend services. The responsibilities include design and development of technical solutions that meet user needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability. Provide realistic implementation schedules while adhering to company’s architectural standards and principles. · Drive technical designs to consensus and approval by Architecture Review Team. Design and develop enterprise solutions for specific business need that provide frameworks, interfaces and services that can be extended and reused for future requirements. · Work on several development initiatives concurrently and provide subject matter expertise to area of UI/UX and J2EE development. · Understand compliance regulations and adhere to development guidelines. *Technical Requirements* · Excellent software design, coding, and unit testing skills. · *Java/J2EE, UI Designing, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS* · Experience in Java/Web UI Design and application development. · Solid understanding of UX and UI design with an emphasis on maximizing usability. · Front-end skills and some basic understanding of how back-end development works. · Understanding in designing, marking up, developing the UI of websites and/or web applications · Practical exposure and/or experience with some: jQuery,, JSON, AJAX Styling CSS, · Strong development and integration Experience/Exposure with the JavaScript libraries like JQuery, JQueryUI, Knockout.js, Backbone.js, KandoUI, RequireJS, Modernizer, UnderscoreJS, Rhino etc. · Required to do interface design, UI web development with: HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript technologies such as jQuery, JSON, AJAX. · Hands on development experience with rich user interface technologies – preferably AJAX. · Strong understanding of SOA concepts.
