*Cobol Developer in NJParamus, NJ8+ Months ContractRate: $44/Hour on C2C or 1099Looking for local candidates* *Explanation for Position:* Customer Technology Infrastructure (CTI) Visibility Applications is looking for a developer to work in the January 2014 Enterprise Release (ER). The individual must possess strong Mainframe background in COBOL, CICS, CICS Web Support (CWS) and DB2 and Batch. He/she must be able to write and debug programs of medium to high complexity, develop and execute tests. The candidate must be able to translate requirements of moderate to high complexity to programming specifications. He/she will work on the CSC applications specifically- eTT Tracking and Tracing and eTT Damage Notification. *Details of Position:* Candidate must have strong working knowledge of Mainframe technology and hands-on work experience specifically in COBOL, CICS, CICS Web Support (CWS) and DB2. Must have hands-on work experience with JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), HTML and XML. The candidate will work in an environment with a mix of mainframe Back-end (Heavy CICS/CWS) and Front-end (CWS, HTML, JavaScript etc.). Must be knowledgeable in IBM/TSO Utilities, debugging tools Intertest and Xpediter, File aid, VSAM files, TD and TS queues etc. The candidate must be familiar with application Programming technological alternatives. Requires knowledge of Project Development Life Cycle. He/she must possess good oral and written communication skills. *Management Skills:* Well versed in use of development tools conforming to industry standards and IS standards. He/she must possess good oral and written communication.
