Job Title: .Net Developer Location: Birmingham, AL Duration: 6-12+ Months *Rate: Max $45/hr* JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills) Primary Experience and Skills Experience using relational databases and SQL Sybase / Microsoft sql development including queries and stored procedures Oracle PL/SQL is a plus 2+ years of Development experience Languages such as C# or Java Web Services, Services, SOA Testing 1+ years of real world experience with Mercury/HP ALM, Compuware or other test automation tools 2+ years of real world experience with requirements analysis, test case development and executing test cycles Experience with enterprise messaging middleware (preferred) BizTalk Oracle SOA Excel including formulas Ability to quickly learn new technologies and application domains. Secondary Experience and Skills (nice to have) Previous experience supporting 3rd party software including macro or scripting based solutions. Accounting concepts Sharepoint / MOSS Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. Experience in generation economics and power systems is a plus. Strong communication skills including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at an appropriate level of detail.
