The position serves as a Senior Systems Analyst and performs analysis, design, creation of test plans and test scripts, testing, and documentation of system. This position will interact with analysts and programmers assigned to projects. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in design and implementation of court applications. Responsibilities will include the following: Analysis of existing systems and needed enhancement Documentation of requirements Design of project functions Development of system test plans and scripts Testing of the project components Documentation of test results Require Skills: 8 years of progressive systems analyst experience working with large-scale, complex on-line systems, including at least two yeas as a senior systems analyst on a large-scale web based project.
