Minimum Requirements:


*Need to have experience with  PeopleSoft Performance and Profile
Management*

*Required Skill Set*

   - At least seven years of technical PeopleSoft experience with SQL, XML,
   SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PS/Query, Datamover, Application Engine, and
   Component Interface
   - At least three prior engagement developing PeopleSoft online
   application customizations (aka Bolt Ons), interfaces and reports
   - Possess functional working knowledge on at least two modules in
   PeopleSoft HCM Version 9.0 and above
   - Ability to learn and support new application processes and/or
   procedures
   - Ability to consistently follow through on assigned tasks and meet
   deadlines
   - Strong written and verbal communication skills
   - Seven years of experience creating technical design documents and
    unit test scripts
   - Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
   comprising a mix of internal and external resources
   - Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction

*Desired Skill Set*

   - Experience with PeopleSoft workflow tools such as Approval Workflow
   Engine


Description:

*Technical Developer:*  2 Resources

   - 1 - Strong online customization skills. Preferably in Profile
   Management and/or ePerformance.
   - 1 - Strong 3rd party integration skills in addition to PeopleSoft
   development skills.
   - Resumes should contain recent HR 9.1 implementation experience.  If
   only upgrades and conversions, please don't submit the candidate.


The PeopleSoft Technical Developer's primary responsibility will be to
Design, Build, Unit Test, and document customized technical solutions that
meet existing user requirements but cannot be achieved with standard
PeopleSoft configuration or delivered PeopleSoft functionality.  The
technical developer will be a dedicated, on-premises resource who will work
with functional and technical team members in a collaborative, fast-paced
environment.

*Essential Functions:*
Use PeopleTools 8.51 and other PeopleSoft development tools to perform
customizations to our PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 application.  Candidate will work
with project team in order to design technical solutions that fulfill
pre-defined requirements.
