Immediate Need For Voice Discovery - Interview And Start ASAP!! Job Title: Voice Discovery Location: Walnut Creek, CA or Corona, CA Duration: 24 months *Local to CA only!* Assist client in the providing project support efforts to migrate from legacy PBX, ACD/IVR and Voicemail systems to *Cisco Call Manager, UCCE and Unity Connections systems*. Works directly with customers, vendors and strategic partners to document information on our existing legacy environment. For the medical center/hospital locations, may require on-site visit to visibly inspect/walk the site. Partner with legacy PBX vendors to capture information about the current phone system environment. Document interface information regarding 3rd party applications and ancillary equipment (paging, Music on Hold, Power Failure Transfer, etc) connecting with the legacy phone system, voicemail and ACD/IVR systems. Individual is responsible for collaborating with the design team to assess the viability of migrating current systems to IPT. Highlight and raise visibility on any new interface/3rd party application that has not previously been encountered. Assist in determining if additional inter-operability testing is required. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Provide timely and accurate progress status on all on-going project support efforts. The individual fulfilling this role will complete work utilizing the client templates and standards. Strong analytical skills, excellent written, verbal and customer service skills. Familiarity with a broad range of legacy PBX, Voicemail, ACD and carrier systems. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or related discipline is strongly preferred.
