Job Description:
The service delivery analyst is responsible for delivering end-to-end
support in accordance with IT service level agreements. By partnering with
end-users and technology groups, the specialist ensures all incidents are
analyzed, resolved, and reported back within the promised timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
*Develops service strategy to mitigate software, hardware, and networking
issues
*Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels
*Ensures all incidents are resolved against SLAs
*Guides continuous improvement efforts for the service
*Contributes service descriptions and service-level agreements (SLAs) for
specific services to the organization's service catalog
*Single point of engagement for demand planning and demand management
conversations with business partners around their needs for a specific
service
*Participates in developing the service strategy for one or more services
in the integrated services group
*Develops an annual strategy to develop and enhance the services that the
service manager is responsible for, and updates the technology plan
*Strong customer service ethic
*Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve issues
*Excellent verbal communication skills
*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
*Effective prioritization and project management skills
*Ability to communicate and build relationships outside IT




Job Requirements:
*Experience using help desk ticketing software
*Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation
*Familiarity with ITILv3 or related service delivery frameworks
Technical Experience
This position 100% phone support.*ACD Call Center Experience
*Microsoft Windows 7 / XP
*Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 /2010 / 2013
*Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
*Basic Networking Experience
*Mobile Device Experience
