This role will involve Design of Test Scripts, Cases and execution of functional load/stress testing. * Write clear and concise test plans and test cases. * Translate technical requirements to test plans and test cases * Align NJDA Software development processes with software testing processes and procedures. * Educate the rest of the staff on software testing best practices * Recommended and develop Quality Management best practices with in the IT organization.
