Title: QA Lead posted on 2014-03-10 16:22:42 Job Description: Title: QA Lead Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 12 Months+ Job Description: The QA team is responsible for ensuring the quality of all restaurant technology prior to deployment to all company owned and franchised restaurants, which in turn affects store level operations. The QA lead will create and negotiate QA strategies with stakeholders, organize, plan and execute testing initiatives. Job Requirements: Job Functions Lead a QA team in a professional software environment Direct, motivate and grow team members Managing/overseeing daily activities and monitoring of work performance of assigned staff Prepare and execute hardware and software test plans and automated test scripts Develop and maintain appropriate test environments and labs Participate in the peer review of design document Execute test cases, both manual and automated and clearly document issues Lab test, store test and market test restaurant software and hardware. Provide hardware and software support to field operations and all internal RIS teams. Perform SQL data queries to define and validate test scripts. Document, track and report hardware and software defects via automated QA tracking tool. Work with development teams to resolve hardware and software issues. Work with project teams and clients to ensure correct functionality has been developed.
