Synthes is 7.3 and we are not upgrading. Client system has many modifications but everything is done using JDE standards. Every consultant is expected to know and use these standards. · Synthes is in the compliance world, both FDA and SOX. Prior experience in this type of environment is required. · They have needs across the application landscape, Sales Order, Manufacturing, Distribution, some Finance. · There will be some independent work but working in teams on projects is required. · Client doesn't like consultants working 4 x 10 weeks. They must work with client employees who work 5 days a week. · Client will consider out of area candidates but they must be on-site. · would add that Distribution/OTC is probably the most important area of experience, but also having manufacturing and/or finance helps.
