PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Customer Management Responsible for the management of client accounts both internally and externally. Develop key customer management plans for assigned customers; implement customer strategy. Maintain thorough understanding of the customers’ end use markets, their business direction and upcoming growth. Implement and manage the effective delivery of key customer programs including communication strategies, customer training, issue resolution and utilization reporting. Establish and strengthen customer relationships with all decision makers to ensure the successful delivery of services to your customers Ensure optimal client feedback to Product Management, or other departments with regard to client requested product requirements and enhancements. Manage the overall customer satisfaction and profitability of assigned clients. Problem Resolution and Training Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions. Analyze problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action. Determine customers’ unmet needs and translate internally for adequate follow up. Respond to product application support questions from customers regarding the company’s software. Recommend solutions to customer application questions. On call 24/7 on a rotating basis determined by manager of the department Proactively manage prioritization of issues reported by client Sales and Marketing Keep strong communication lines open with Marketing and Sales department to assist in identifying additional solutions a client can purchase. Retain and grow your assigned book of business including meeting or exceeding up sell targets. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers’ business and appropriately position value proposition with viable solutions to meet your customers’ needs. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: Complete special projects or other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: KNOWLEDGE: Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Works with great attention to detail. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data and customer business situations requires evaluation of complex factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and customer personnel. SUPERVISION: Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. EXPERIENCE: Ideal Candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and should have at least four (4) years experience in the health care industry. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS Aptitude for exploring and learning new technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills; impressive telephone etiquette Confidence, tact, patience, politeness, and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems Ability to work under tight pressure and multitask on a regular basis. Extraordinary attention to detail and follow through Ability to handle diverse people Ability to elicit a callers needs with speed and composure Ability to make educated, customer-focused decisions Strong aptitude for problem solving Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment EDUCATION: Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience. CERTIFICATION(S): PMI certification preferred.
