I have a client seeking a Business Analyst with solid MS Dynamics experience for a 12+ month contract with possible hire. The consultant must have recent MS Dynamics experience. The client will require a face to face interview in NYC. No Skype or Telecommute is allowed. Title: Business Analyst with MS Dynamics Experience # of Openings: 1 Position Type: 12 Months Contract to Hire Location: New York, NY Description: We are seeking a Business Analyst Consultant with MS Dynamics experience for a one year consultant assignment in NYC. The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the systems and the interdependencies with other corporate and external systems, performing detailed analysis on complex business requests and appropriately documenting the gathered information in a manner that is understandable to business and IT personnel alike. Job Description: • Manage the collaboration with business owners/stakeholders to understand the business needs, processes and data sources for large, complex citywide projects; create and translate business needs • into clearly defined and documented detailed functional and technical requirements • Manage and plan the IT requirements elicitation efforts such as conducting stakeholder analysis • Deliver the results of elicitation in the form of organized notes • Spearhead the prioritization, solution assessment and validation of requirements with the • business and project teams • Develop supporting analysis documentation including: data dictionaries, process and data flows, business rules and use cases • Apply her/his CRM Dynamics skills to identify the best solution to deliver the business needs, and • to help estimate the overall implementation effort • Develop functional prototypes using CRM dynamics (and other tools, as applicable) • Participate in the logical / functional design of the system • Identify and document opportunities to leverage design and development components across various processes • Write user acceptance test plans and scripts and coordinate user acceptance test execution • Work with IT project managers to obtain consensus and signoff on requirements deliverables • Work with project managers to obtain user acceptance test signoff Mandatory Skills (Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered) • In-depth knowledge of the feature set and product capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and/or 2013 (2013 preferred), including standard functionality, configuration and customization features, mobile and social media support. • Hands-on experience with the requirements analysis and design of a Microsoft Dynamics-based system involving workflow management, business rules, document management, reporting and web services • Hands-on experience documenting functional requirements, process workflows, and use cases • Good knowledge of Visio and MS Office • SDLC Desirable Skills/Experience • Experience with large full cycle Siebel Implementations. • Past experience with data management and web services • Experience with other prototyping and data modeling tools (e.g. Dreamweaver, Axure, Rational Suite, etc.) Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
