Louis MO Duration: 6+ Months Job Details: REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 8+ years QA experience 4 - 7 years of experience with HP Loadrunner Proficient with C programming language 3 - 5 years of experience work in an automation framework 3 - 5 years of performance test design experience Experience with HP Quality Center/ALM Candidates need to have a history/experience in taking ownership of performance test efforts (from requirements to report creating and everything in between including writing a performance test plan documents, building LoadRunner scripts, executing their plan and doing the analysis and reporting). Candidates who have OWNED their performance testing efforts, have strong HP LoadRunner, C programming, debugging, problem-solving skills. People that have great communication skills both written and verbal. People that are interested in working in a team environment and are willing to work well with this team (including reporting to a team lead). They should have the ability and desire to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage their tasks/time appropriately.
